Er hat einen B.Sc. in Psychologie von der Universit\u00e4t T\u00fcbingen (2014-2018) und einen M.Sc. in Human Decision Science (mit Auszeichnung) von der Universit\u00e4t Maastricht (2018-2019).<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend seines Studiums sammelte er praktische Einblicke als Praktikant bei einem Start-up (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.appinio.com\/en\/\">Appinio<\/a>), bei Beratungsunternehmen (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.p3-group.com\/en\/\">p3<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solcom.de\/\">Solcom<\/a>) und als Diplomandenpraktikant bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osp.de\/\">OSP<\/a> im Bereich E-Commerce. Au\u00dferdem unterst\u00fctzte er das Stuttgarter Start-up <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mecasa.de\/\">mecasa<\/a>, f\u00fcr das er einen Algorithmus entwickelte, der Pflegekr\u00e4fte und pflegebed\u00fcrftige Menschen anhand ihrer individuellen psychologischen Profile zusammenbringt.<\/p>\n<p>Leonard interessiert sich besonders f\u00fcr die Verhaltenseffekte von Informationssystemen und digitalen Technologien. Seine Arbeit konzentriert sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf digitales Nudging im Verbraucher- und Organisationsbereich, wo er die Wirksamkeit verschiedener Nudging-Ans\u00e4tze, ihre Akzeptanz bei den Menschen und m\u00f6gliche ethische Einw\u00e4nde im Zusammenhang mit ihrer Umsetzung untersucht. Dar\u00fcber hinaus besch\u00e4ftigt er sich mit der Akzeptanz und den Auswirkungen von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz auf menschliche Entscheidungsprozesse. In seiner Forschung st\u00fctzt er sich auf quantitative, experimentelle Studien, in denen er die Auswirkungen verschiedener Interventionen auf das individuelle Verhalten
