Laura Schneider participated in the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS 2025) and had the honor of presenting not one but two papers. On Monday, she presented her full research paper “Social Interdependence within Collective CRM Continuance: A Systematic Literature Review and Integrated Framework”, co-authored with Verena Tiefenbeck. Later in the week, on Wednesday, she presented her single-authored research-in-progress paper titled “Human Metacognition in AI-Assisted Decision-Making”.

Originally planned to take place in Amman (Jordan), ECIS 2025 was shifted to a hybrid format on short notice due to unforeseen local circumstances. Despite this change, the conference successfully provided a vibrant platform for international exchange, allowing Laura to share her work and engage in meaningful discussions with peers and leading scholars in the Information Systems community.
