    Sven joined the Bits to Energy Lab in October 2023. He completed a B.A. in Economics and Sociology at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg (2017-2020) and a M.Sc. in Survey Statistics at Otto-Friedrich-University in Bamberg (2020-2023).

    From April 2022 to September 2023, he first worked as an intern and master student, then as a junior consultant in the field of data science at Lidl International. In his master thesis, he dealt with the prediction of sales figures for food articles.

    Sven is interested in probabilistic machine learning, time series analysis and explainable AI.
