Both bring a background in psychology to the team. Tim holds a master’s degree from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and gained research experience through internships at German Aerospace Center and Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences. Claire completed her master’s degree at LMU Munich and brings experience from both people development and management consulting, with a focus on leadership and digital transformation.
